I can't even explain how upset I am with prime storage off collage st in appleton wi they have changed my price 4 different times I went to pay to get my stuff out yesterday and needless to say I left so upset because they changed the price again my kids and my husband who is no longer here, things are going to be auctioned off the staff was horrible I felt like they though it was funny and didn't care I would be losing everything i have all because they kept changing the price and saying one thing and doing another I can't believe how they could do that to anyone so I would definitely not recommend putting anything you want to keep in here because they make it impossible to afford to get it out

Lelie is a very friendly employee. After 6 months of renting my rate doubled. Was told it stated that in the lease that they could raise it at anytime. It's cheaper to lease our 10x20 now then what we are paying.
