Was here for barely 15 mins took few pics and left. Didn't care to be here and didn't take their job serious. I would never ever recommend them to anyone. They are a joke! They just pulled few comps and picked the lowest one and said thanks for the $800 dollars. The comps were one less bedroom one less garage stall, and less square footage but still appraised higher and I have over $80k in reciepts for upgrades.

He didnt even walk into the property. Didnt include many rooms. Mike Put his stamp on this property we need to sell and will not return a phone call after 10 attempts to talk with Mike. Very disgusted. The bigger problem is his appraisal sticks to this property for 6 months. Even if is absolutely wrong. NEVER EVER USE THESE GUYS, EVER!
