        Terrible service and support. After having leased printers for decades, they are not sending us a bill for property taxes. Buy beware! This used to MBM who were great, but they got bought up and now round and round we go. Crazy invoices. We will NOT likely be purchasing another Xerox product ever again after this experience.

        Awful. I called twice yesterday for service. Service person said he would be in first thing this morning. Still no show. We have been down for 2 days and I work for a healthcare organization and we need to get our jobs printed.
