        I spoke with Sandy that we had a very small job repairing fittings for our washer. Due to a big remodel in our house, I couldn't wash for a week, had to have my washer back. She had someone out here the next morning. Did a great job and very happy with his work.

        When I called them to look at my water heater the receptionist informed me of the cost to repair the water heater and the cost to install a new one and she said they take payment plans, which was fabulous since Im on a limited income. I gave them my card info over the phone and set up some dates and payment amounts although after the 1st payment, my other payment did not go through, I worked with them and they were patient with me, however, Adam threatened to come to my house and take the water heater out, and did show up announced at my home as well. As of a few days ago I texted Adam and told him to charge my card for 1 payment today for 150.00 and he replied okay in a text message. This morning I woke up to find out he charged my card 2 times in the amount of 250.00 each so I had to lock my card and I texted him with a screen shot of his texting agreeing to 1 payment of 150.00, and I did not get a response. I called his cell and left a message as well as the office and then later in the morning, Adam attempted to charge my card a 3rd time today, for another 250.00. Do not believe the receptionist when she says they take payment plans, and do not give them access to you bank account or credit card/debit card. I did not authorize that many payments in one day or for that amount. I had to call my bank and make them aware of what happened and have my card cancelled and its going to cause a delay in other financial obligations I have now

      I am responding to this fallacious review only to set the record straight for my current and future customers who may be reading this, as I take great pride in my integrity as a business owner. Missy, as you well know, there was no payment plan set up prior to us installing the water heater (we simply do not offer payment plans as one of our services). The reason the exception was made for you TEN WEEKS AFTER installation is that, when we finally heard back from you after months of you ignoring all attempts to reach you, you told me that you could not afford to pay for the unit all at once, and that you could only make payments. I reluctantly agreed because I effectively had no other choice. The card you gave us to run based on the schedule YOU created and agreed to was declined every single time we tried to run it. After three and a half months, it became apparent to us that you never had any intention of paying for the water heater. We ultimately decided to try one last time today before filing papers in small claims court, and we were surprised that we were actually able to run the card - albeit for just the first two missed payments. I suspect that you had every intention of pulling the funds from your account this morning before we could have access to them, as you have done each week since this payment plan was set up. It is disappointing and unfortunate that you took advantage of a local small business, and continue to do so. Respectfully, if I could offer you any advice, it is to make sure you have the funds to pay for services BEFORE you call on area businesses for their goods and services. You took advantage of a small business owner who was merely trying to help you out. Shame on you.
