We called to ensure delivery address would be fine. We are right on the edge. Less than 1 mile past. They said it was fine. Took us 10 minutes to figure our order. Called to place delivery order was told by the girl taking the order "my manager needs to sign off but should be fine" they come on the line and say no. We weren't betting on them saying yes which is why we called ahead of time. We stopped ordering from here since they were out of our deliver area in a previous address. Would do carry out from time to time. But even then it would say order ready in 20 minutes. Would get there and wait over an hour. They really need to get on the same page. If they would have just said no our delivery window is firm, fine. But, that's not what was said.

I'm not going to lie, their pizza is delicious. However, their service absolutely sucks. We've ordered pick-up a couple times and every. single. time. we've had to wait at least 45 minutes past the time they said it should be done by. This time we attempted to order delivery. We knew we were just slightly outside of their delivery area (0.7 miles according to maps) so we decided to see how strict they were on the map or if they could still deliver. We called, and they said it was fine. So we figure out what we want, call them back, and they tell us they can't deliver anymore. Would have been nice to know that before we try to figure out what we want. As much as I love their pizza, I just don't think I want to get it anymore due to the awful service which causes numerous headaches.
