I was looking for a cover for my fifth wheel outdoor cover warehouse had the one I wanted on there site in stock also a set of tire cover so I purchased both they should have shipped 11/5 they never did I called 3 times before the end of November and sent multiple emails with no good answer as to why the items didnt ship and that the items would ship soon after a month of promises I called and was told the wheel covers where not in stock and got refunded and the cover would ship that Tuesday the next Monday I called because it never shipped and they said oh its not in stock anymore so we will refund you it was an absolute joke I could have went and got them from an rv place lesson learned Ill never try to buy from there again no matter the deal I wont do business with a company that doesnt care about customer satisfaction they could have easily made it right by sending me a different cover that might have been a little more and they would of had a customer for life but it was pretty much we gave someone else what you already payed for so to bad so I suggest if you buy from there dont do it on line you will be disappointed so now its been two week since the refund of the cover and I still havent gotten my money back and its been almost a month since the wheel covers refund and still dont have that money back so they pretty much just ripped me off Im going to keep fighting for my money because its $500 that I worked hard for so again be careful you could end up like me $500 in the hole with nothing to show for it but grief
