        This was my first visit to Skopko Optical due to an insurance change, and I was pleasantly surprised. They were very professional and efficient. I ordered a new pair of glasses and they were very helpful the whole time.

        I have been using this office for years myself. Today I went in for my Mom, who was recently placed in a nursing home very close by. My mom usually did all her things herself until very recently- so figuring out stuff for her has been rough!! I called, spoke with Heather she tried to help figure out insurance. I visited the office and again, Heather was working. I shared with her and Dr. Toellner what was going on. Both were so kind!! Which I honestly need right now!! Heather told me to pick out a few pairs of glasses my mom may like, she rode with me to the nursing home to help my mom choose a pair, measure her eyes and pick lenses!! Definitely went above and beyond during an especially difficult time. This office is fantastic!
