If I could give Dr. Austin 0 stars I would. He was awful and treated my Dad with complete disrespect. His voice was elevated the entire appointment and his tone was angry and arrogant. He yelled at my Dad like a parent would scold a child. It was awful. When my Dad was having a hard time determining "better 1 or 2" Dr. Austin yelled that my Dad needed to concentrate and pay attention. I was stunned! Dr. Austin reminded us that HIS time was valuable and because of us, he would have to work until 6pm tonight. His statements were ridiculous and unprofessional. We will never return to his office.

Never going to suggest this place to anyone. In fact I suggest staying away in general. Set up an appointment over a week ago and gave my insurance information and was told that I was covered just to get a call the DAY BEFORE the appointment to be told that I was not covered, and that if I came they would be charging me fully for the visit. Called back to confirm this information and got the official nothing we can do speech, why did I give you guys my insurance information then???

The doctor my daughter saw, an M.D., was very condescending. She was having an issue with her left eye and when he proceeded to do the exam, he started by looking at her right eye. She told him the problem was with her left eye and he reprimanded her by saying he's had decades of experience and just let him do his job while she does hers. If he's had decades of experience then he should know better than to be triggered by a kid who was just making sure he knew which eye was bothering her. Healthcare is a service industry and we're choosing to never go back there!! A middle aged opthalmologist who overacts is absolutely ridiculous. And he doesn't like to make eye contact when speaking to you which tells me a lot. How ironic!!!

I had a very rude doctor. That was the first and was the last time I went there. He was walking out of the door as I was still asking questions related to my vision. He turned around very annoyed in the doorway and sighed. I still had more questions, but clearly his time was more important than mine, so I didn't ask them. The bedside manner lacked, and fortunately there are plenty of places to go that have just as talented physicians with better bedside manner. (Year 2021 and MD is still practicing there).
