Would give 0 stars if I could. 100% would not recommend. Moving is a stressful enough experience. People hire movers to make it a less stressful experience, which certainly was our goal. Unfortunately hiring this business made our move a million times more stressful than it needed to be. Our move was scheduled for Sunday April 24th at 3:00 PM. The same day at 2:40 PM I received a text from the owner stating they could no longer make it because one of their customers was possibly exposed to Covid and they were at the hospital getting tested. He offered to reschedule for the next day or refund me. I agreed to reschedule to the next day, Monday April 25th at 3:00 PM. I left work early to make this work as we close on our home Friday and I just want the moving done. I texted around 2:00 PM to make sure we were still set for the scheduled time and the owner confirmed. At 3:09 PM they still had not arrived so I called only to have my call sent straight to voicemail. I then received a text saying he would call me back. At 3:30 PM I still had heard nothing so I called again. The owner informed me there was a problem with the truck so they had to get a different one. When I asked what the estimated time of arrival was I was told 4:00 PM. At 4:14 PM I tried calling again as they still had not arrived only to have my call sent straight to voicemail. Tried calling off someone elses phone and it rang, but there was no answer. Tried calling again off my phone and straight to voicemail, so Im assuming he now has my number blocked. So now here we are having to rent a moving truck and find people to quick help us complete our move. At this point I would just like my $100 deposit back. I would not wish this experience on anyone going through an already stressful move. Please pick anyone but this company.

Horrible experience and still dealing with it a year later. 1st did not show on time said they were running behind I had to keep contacting them for updates. Then contacted to say they had to cancel or reschedule so we rescheduled for next day they were late then helper had to leave leaving my husband to help owner load and we still paid full price then owner slid into our garage of the house we just sold promised to pay for the 2,323 in damage still has not! Been trying to give him a chance well no more.

Avoid at all costs. owner was s dishonest. He caused over $1000 in damage to my Garage after he ran into it with his truck, still has not paid for the damage after promising to do so. His helper bailed after the 1 st hour so I ended up doing 1/2 the work I hired him to do. This is a day later after he cancelled on us.

I called last minute because the other movers I called were a no show. He got me scheduled in the next morning at last minute with other jobs on his plate that day. Him and his team showed up and got the truck unloaded in no time. They were professional the whole time even when my kid kept getting in the way. Thank you for all the help.

Scheduled a mover appointment for 8:30am-10:30am. At 8am the day of the appointment got a text saying "May be a bit behind getting to you, i have to pick a piece of equipment for my second customer, having issues getting it". I get it, it happens, no worries. I get an updated ETA of "about 930ish". At 9:48am I text if I should be worried (thinking I should start packing on my own). He says he's 20 min away. Then about 45 minutes later I call. At this point it is 10:30am. He says he's just around the corner. They didn't show up until 10:45am to start. They finish at 11:30am. I had to go but I came back to pay at 12:15. He didn't even acknowledge the fact that he was 2 hours late and still charged full price. I would not recommend them AT ALL. Find another moving "company". Service: In-state moving
