        Food is good when it's still hot, but when we show up 15 minutes before our scheduled takeout time and you promise you will put our takeout order on the takeout shelf when it's done, you should do that. Instead we sat and waited until 15 minutes after the promised time to go up to the counter and ask again, only to learn that our food was sitting behind the counter for who knows how long. I'm pretty forgiving on service but that is just pathetic...
