I rarely leave reviews however, this business has arguably the most disrespectful and arrogant billing manager in existence. Not only have they lost my business to much better dermatologists in the region, they have caused me to vocally speak out against their business to every single person I knew. The ability to lie directly to me and then act like a deer in the headlights when called out stands as a testament to their incompetent hiring practices in their billing department. Youd best look elsewhere for dermatologists in the region.

Met with Stephanie Paape PA and she was so so kind and helpful. Very reassuring and answered all my questions. Made me feel so validated and listened to. Was able to get an appointment right away. A really great experience!

I was a patient at this practice for almost three years. During that time I have never seen the same doctor as I'm always informed that they left and went to another practice. After numerous interactions with the office management I can guess why this is the case. The billing practices seem to reflect the overall focus of the group in general, which is not concern for their patients. Throughout my experiences with this practice I'm yet to get any of my concerns resolved. Generally speaking, the treatment seems to be freeze everything and charge excessively for it. After basically three years of this type of experience, I decided to be my own patient advocate and find another dermatology group.

This is an update to my 2 star review. Although it's been almost a year from my visit I contacted them and asked if they would treat that missed area at a discount. They offered to do it for free. I'm beyond happy and thankful. That's great customer service.
