It's a great place to work because the leaders are interested in my success in life and not just at work. They really care about my success and want to help me grow. It's unlike other places I've worked and it's a culture that is rare. I'm lucky to have coworkers and managers that believe in me. Not many of my friends can say that.

This is the team that welcomed me to Wisconsin. I had already decided on a direction for my life already, and Vector has given me the magnitude, the drive, the discipline, and the support to help me move towards it. I've been here for 4 months now, and what I've found to be the greatest and most challenging aspect of this job is that it is a mirror of my efforts. It's like running, the clock never lies. The effort you put in is equal to the rewards you receive. I've had the opportunity to see my strengths and weaknesses, and then be given the necessary tools to grow and Live Courageously.
