        My husband and I have bought many things from here. The sales associates are always extremely friendly. We love chatting with them even when we are just going in to get my rings cleaned. The prices and quality are comparable to most other jewelry stores, or better.

        They are always nice and great to work with I never feel like I'm being presured to buy anything. The young man who helped me and my wife was funny and did a great job. I can't remember his name but his associate # is 20952.

        I have been here about 3 times to buy a necklace 2 rings and a set of earrings. Since then I have turned away from them. If you do not purchase the insurance you are taking a big chance. The necklace had a very thin chain that tangled all the time on a $600 necklace for which I have a new one from a different jewelry store. The 1 ring had some small stones on outer edges that fell out of a $400 ring. I took it back and had to pay another $100 to repair it and then another stone fell out. Jewelry looks beautiful, customer service is great, always helpful, but value depends how much money you wanna spend and how many trips and time for repairs. I didn't go back and got a beautiful ring from pawn america for half the cost and has lasted for years. In my experience I would stay away from the small diamonds too close to each other. Don't get the sterling silver because the repair is not guaranteed.
