The room was very very nice. Everything was new and looked sharp. Definitely going back. The staff was all smiles. Check in was fast. The food was excellent. There still renovating but the service was out of park.

JUST AWFUl!!!
reservations took 3 weeks to actually get someone to talk to.
i wasn't informed they were under construction.
WE sat in lobby fo 5 hours waiting to check in while rooms were given away to people just showing up. Our room wasn't ready until 6pm and had wet paint on walls, no towel, no coat hangers, missing pillows, smelled of wet paint, no hot water, toilet was plugged. The staff was beyond unhelpful! except for 1 particular desk clerk who finally got us a room, she was fantastic! and the head of security was also friendly. however I didn't feel safe in hotel since the police were present ever night of our stay to arrest someone, it appeared on both nights they were conducting a man hunt. numerous police officers and security guards with walkie talkies. do yourself a favor stay at a hotel by highway and drive to convention center. the offered us a free buffet breakfast for our troubles, it didn't look eatable, we went to Denny's. should have offered us a refund!
