The place is a joke . Adam the guy in charge from New Berlin is a idiot . The place is a run down dump . Do not do business with this company . Even the neighbors in the same building talk smack about how bad the company is .

Disrespectful agents, zero service, will collect on invoices without ever providing coverage. Allowing them to monitor an emergency line led to no service on that phone for months. Cannot get permits because they are not providing the service they're being paid for. Complaints about any of this leads to abuse by Best Defense staff. The inexperienced, unprofessional, immature owner of the company hired all his friends so there's no real leadership. Chances are good you'll regret hiring them if you bother. I highly recommend anywhere else.

I use Best Defense for all my tenant build out projects. They always do a great job and are done on time. Troy and Kody usually come up with a cost savings solution or a more efficient way to get the job done. I highly recommend Best Defense for any contractor that is in need of fire protection work!Travis
