        I applied online. Received an email with information on how to start my account online, how to sign up for e-statements, and o that my debit card would be in the mail in two weeks. I had to call because I was having trouble and they said sorry we cant open you an account. I asked why and was told that they couldnt tell me. I guess Im glad because that is not the customer service I would like to experience. UPDATE: They denied me because I had too many inquiries. No unpaid item, negative accounts or anything of the nature. This credit union would rather deny people than have business.
