      image We have been going to this A&W for almost a month now at least 5 times a week to get a cup of ice water and a meal since my other half is pregnant and enjoys the ice there, but today the lady charged us for a bottle of water saying corporate has changed the policy and is penny pinching everything. I didnt receive a bottle water and refused to give us a bottle they charged us for. I understand being charged for a cup of water, but not for a bottle and never receiving it. I am disappointed and unfortunately I am going to have to take my business elsewhere. Good luck to the policy change.
