The Senior Consultant / Microbiologist Cassidy listened carefully to our concerns about mold following a terrible winter storm. Then, he carefully inspected our home taking great care with our property. Next, he performed an onsite analysis and answered our many questions with patience. We highly recommend this company.

Cassidy is the exact type of professional you are wanting when you need answers regarding your home. These sort of situations are never easy but Cassidy provides prompt service, incredible customer service and a thorough explanation/education so you know how to solve the problem and get back to life as usual. He went above and beyond in person and via email to help us! He came highly recommended to me and I plan on doing the same to anyone I know in need of his expertise.

Cassidy was so great! He was able to come over within a few days, and was in and out of my house in less than 3 hours. He explained everything as he went. I highly recommend him and trust him. He made a bad situation make sense!
