This is because of competitive reasons by existing employees. Sociopaths, ...when analyzed from first-impact and impression.
Multiple different aspects. Widespread.
At first, it was to ...mess with me. Purposefully intimidate me. Bully and harass me. In order to make me look bad. By whatever means possible.
To be hostile. Demeaning. Aggressive.
That is what the people at this location were like with me.
The first instance was that ...whatever I did was going to be looked at negatively. Whatever punitive power I had ...would be looked at upon negatively.
The second aspect was ...the game of eye contact. Where no matter what I do ...I will be abused and used. I will be shunned. I will be looked down upon. I will be made to suffer. I will be looked down upon as inadequate - simply for existing.
