This is a horrible place. They sell broke phones and do nothing about it. Don't go here.

Go Elsewhere!!! Tried to rip me off! I Went in for an upgrade that was supposed to be about $169.00+tax but they tried to charge me $250 retail price for the phone,she didn't seem to understand or care about what I was trying to tell her so I just walked out.

I went here to have the ACP added to my account. I was told my the employee that it wouldn't let him add it unless I purchased a speaker, smart watch, or internet. I eventually gave in (I live about 30 minutes away and this is one of the closest stores, I also have a short period of time to add the ACP to my account so wanted to get this done ASAP) and said I'd buy the internet. He told me it would be free the first month and I could return it after and he proceeded to finish up with the ACP stuff. A few days later, I got an email (not from Metro) stating my ACP wasn't tied to anything. I called Metro and the representative confirmed it wasn't added to my account. I told him the whole situation and he said I should not have had to buy anything in order to add the ACP, and he helped me try and add it to my Metro account online. I read this place's Google reviews and I'm not the first person to be screwed over by them. I will be returning the internet to a Metro store and I submitted a complaint to the BBB to try and get a refund for what I paid to purchase and the amount that is on my account for it being added (not free like he said).
