Tracy our design expert worked with my wife and I from designing, planning and re-designing, and more planning...until we finally settled on what we were looking for. She was patient, informative, knowledgeable and even polite when my wife and I didn't agree...lol. Great experience from beginning to end. The installation crew was just as friendly and clearly knowledgeable. Great job by the entire team.

Had a custom picture frame I needed duplicated and Dermeister perfectly matched it. They also made adjustments to a desk surface so it retrofitted into my new office. I am confident they can handle any custom cabinet or wood project thrown at them, at an affordable price. Service: Custom cabinet design & installation

Horrible customer service! We asked for a quote back in May and didn't hear back for 2 months. I called back and they said they would get back to me. Another month goes by and nothing. I call back and I was assured I would have a phone call in a couple of days. 2 weeks goes by and nothing. Finally I told them I would take my business elsewhere if I didn't get a phone call immediately. A woman called and apologized and set up a time and day to come and verify measurements and take a sample piece. Today was the day.....no show and no phone call. To say I am frustrated is an under statement.....I am taking my money and business to one of their competitors. Shame on you Der Meister for treating your customers so poorly!
