have called multiple times about the loud music playing around 10pm to 3 AM never changed and almost every night i have to hear it and i live about 4 houses down from the bar. i just want to sleep for gods sake. have some human decency sammy

Started out being my favorite place to go until Sammy kept skipping over me on the list to sing. I didnt realize he was doing this until about 3 visits ago when I felt that something didnt seem right when I wasnt called knowing that I was like 2 singers away. I just chalked it up as being a bit buzzed. Then I started noticing it more and more and then last night I decided to take it upon myself to pay closer attention and I was right. I was so disappointed because he had seemed to always be such a cool dude. Theres other things that I started noticing about how some of the customers are being treated versus others. Its a shame that they are running their establishment in such biased ways. With this all being said, Im saddened that I no longer have any more interest in taking my business there. I had so much fun and made so many great memories, but the owners seem off when it comes to customer service, loyal customer appreciation and fairness.
