Called ahead and explained I had 1 of 2 issues and needed to know which of the 2 it was for certain. They had me come in, checked the car out, said oh hey its one of 2 things(which I already told them the day prior) and proceeded to say they couldnt actually tell me what the issue was without tearing my car apart/they didnt have the tool/machine to test it. So they knew ahead of time they wouldnt be able to actually tell me, just had me come in to attempt to scam me out of the diagnostic fee and bait me into giving them more money so they could know for sure Refused to pay. BEWARE! Waste of time and sketchy to do that.

You actually talk to the technician working on your car unlike most shops. This greatly helped with them diagnosing my concerns properly the first time while another 2 shops (I won't name) couldn't figure it out. 10/10 will continue business with these guys.

Good, honest mechanics. Wont charge you for things you dont need. I know I can trust these guys to take care of me.
