        Bought new wheels and tires. Had to take them to a local tire store and have them rebalanced. The sticker weights were falling off. Next I have a damaged tire, and need it replaced under warranty. I need to ask questions about how to do this, and can't get a human being on the phone. They only do call backs, and I can't take calls at work. No easy way to email them with simple questions. I won't be buying from TrailBuilt again. Customer service is awful!

        Trail Built is a stand up company. I bought a set of tires and wheels from them. I had an issue with a tire that the manufacturer wouldn't cover. Brianna W from Trail Built stepped in and made it right with me. She and Trail Built didn't have to do that but they did. They are an amazing company.
