Second lease with them and have not a single bad thing to say. They have gone above and beyond every single time. Sales and the finance team, top notch customer service. They make you feel like you are a part of the family from the moment you step through the doors and work to give you the best deal possible. If I could give more stars I would. just set up an appointment to replace 2 missing screws in the splash guard, asked them to let me know if it would be more than $100 to replace them. They didn't bother to let me know until I drove there and the first thing this Jason said was, it should be about $125! to pop in 2 rivets!! then when I got annoyed at the price he snarky says, well nothings free... I said yes, I understand that, but $125? WOW. No thanks buddy

I highly recommend this Audi center! My impressions are only positive! A huge thank you to the sales manager Jake Olson. I had just recently moved to Wisconsin and came into the dealership and then met Jake. He and his boss made the most of the experience so that I was driving my Audi in a week.
