3D Prints by Stacy

I took some designer shoes to her to replace a metallic accessory. After several months, I didn't hear from her. She answered once that it was still in process. She never responded again, and I haven't been able to contact her for two years. Seems like a scam artist.

I was interested in A printed part for my motorcycle. Gave Stacy the parts and tools she needed plus $125 down. She told me two weeks. After six months and several conversations, I found someone else. She had made no observable progress and kept my $125. Never again. Go elswhere.

We did not receive our final product. It's been months and communication has come to a stop. We've tried every method of contact and there has been no response. We paid $100 in advance for our commission, as per requested and at this point we are afraid Stacy has taken the money and ran.

I reached out to Stacy via email for help modifying some CAD files that we were using for not only 3D printing prototypes, but also to use for traditional machine shop manufacturing. The tolerances were very specific and the designers that we had been using overseas were extremely difficult to communicate with, took a really long time to finish, and in the end never did end up getting it right. When we reached out to Stacy to help us fix these problems she communicated extremely quickly, took the time to understand what we were trying to accomplish, and was able to fix our problem and update our files within the same day. Fast forward a couple of weeks and our Shapeways printed stainless steel prototype came out PERFECT. The files are also being used to develop machine shop tooling and dies. We certainly could not have done it without Stacy and we will continue to employ her as more projects develop. We highly recommend her and wont be working with any other developers moving forward.
