Went to start my furnace for the first time this year and found out it was done. Contacted Jerome Filbrandt, they came shortly after contacting them. They thoroughly inspected everything when done gave me my options. I ended up going with a new furnace. They had old one tore out, new one in, thermostat relocated,along with replacing some out of date piping in a days time. If anyone is having plumbing or heating issues I definitely recommend them. Jerome Filbrandt Plumbing and Heating played a important role in building my new home on Post Lake twenty years ago. A couple years ago, I was planning to upgrade to a high efficiency furnace and air conditioning system. I worked with Joe for the system audit. His recommendations for the best upgrade options were carefully explained. This helped make my decisions going forward very easy. The installation went smooth. The crews were very professional, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I am very happy with the services provided and the energy savings that have resulted since making the upgrade. Excellent job. Last week, after installing new kitchen counters and sink, I called Jerome Filbrandt Plumbing and Heating to complete the plumbing for the sink. They were able to get a plumber to my home to complete the job the next day. Keep up the good work.
