Jenni recently helped my husband and I purchase our very first home. She is always quick to answer any and all questions (and we had many questions). She was always willing to trek to wherever we wanted to see a home. It was nice we felt like we could be open and honest with her about how we felt about a home. She also could just tell when we liked a house or not without us saying! She always had our back and was able to help us think through the pros and cons of the house. She stuck with us through many offers as this market is crazy. Without her connections we would still be looking!

We had a small family real estate matter in Wisconsin that required some consult. We found an awesome agent who was so much more than "nice" or "good" (isn't every agent?). Jenni Welch, was strategic, savvy, honest, reliable, affordable, and realistic. It was obvious she took her legal fiduciary responsibility as an agent very seriously given our circumstance, which I won't go into in detail but just know that in her being realistic and honest she knowingly made less money off us, and cost us less money. Honorable? Amazing? Conscientious? How else should I describe her? If you need to buy, sell, or discuss a Fox Cities real estate matter we highly recommend Jenni!!

As a first-time buyer, I was nervous and had a lot of questions about the entire process. Jen was with us every step of the way and went above and beyond to make sure that we knew as much about the buying process as well as the property that we purchased as possible. She thankfully kept track of our purchase-related deadlines so that we were right on track through closing. I had contacted about a dozen real estate agents, spanning multiple states, and so many of them would not return emails/voicemails even though I was a serious buyer wanting to make a purchase. I was lucky to have been introduced to Jen and would highly recommend her as a real estate agent to anyone interested in Wisconsin. Two months ago I hardly knew Jen, but I now consider her a friend who helped us make a purchase of our dreams.
