        Ive lived here previously, with the owners before. This place has made a complete 520 turn around! The Manager of the complex is always there to listen, the place is cleaner than its ever been, (sure kids leave a mess,) the maintenance is way beyond what Ive seen here before. Keep it up Pebble! Youve been doing this place right

        So I will say that from start to finish during the application process the manager Darien was very patient with me and it was surprising how helpful she was The units are spacious and clean The maintenance people are on the ball very clean property I must say I'm very happy at Pebble ridge!

        We give it only 2 stars not for the actual units, even though we are looking to move away from here. the units are pretty nice, but the rising cost, of the year after year rent increases, and the mandatory bi-monthly housing inspections they do strips you of privacy and it gets overwhelming, and besides that the town is very small and doesnt offer anything productive or new.

        Was told by Section 8 that the manager at Pebble Ridge said she doesn't have 4 bedrooms available. Super confused because I had more than a couple conversations about a four bedroom with her and she was cool about me getting one. Specifically was told Apt 4 was mine. Not sure why I was told that repeatedly but yea that sucks. So don't know if the miscommunication came in from Section 8 or the manager at pebble ridge. I've had no previous evictions and have always paid my rent on time. Have always paid my rent in a lump some with my taxes. Paid twenty seven dollars for background checks only to not move in. That was my experience wish it was a little better.
