Called and met with them for a bid on outside walls of our residence. Ricky Martin doesn’t return emails or calls. Setup an appointment to meet with Ricky Martin and Mark Robinson. During the meeting Mark basically says we can’t afford this property without knowing anything about our financials. We push forward. Weeks go by with no return emails or a quote. After a phone call with Mark magically a quote appears. It was a half a million dollar quote that contained four total lines. They then do not respond to emails or show up for scheduled phone call. We reschedule call. To them saying they don’t want to put in the time in the quote because again, from my impression, Mark doesn’t feel we can afford it. When Ricky and Mark were asked questions about the quote they couldn’t give any answers or details. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any builder. Arrogance beyond arrogance.
