Dairy Queen

As with all other reviews they are SPOT ON. Place is dirty unexperienced counter help. And the hot fudge (or lack of) should have just ordered a cup of soft serve..on a good note the misty freeze was AWESOME. Someone in back (zeoy was the name I heard)cooking was hollering at the guys up front.

Very sad. Visiting my family and stopped for a blizzard. Staff was incompetent or didnt really care. I realize one was new and in training but the other two were no better. Took 3 times the time it should have and the extra ingredients I asked and paid for? Nope. My blizzard was watery like it was half melted (yet it was just made). Ate 1/3 of it and threw the rest away. Really disappointed.

My girlfriend and I walked in, one of the two workers there immediately glared at us and continued talking to customers instead of being up at the front counter. The other worker was busy with cleaning and fixing the blizzard machine. After we waited a few minutes for worker #1 to get up to the front counter, she took our order, then started telling worker #2 that she needs to clean the rest of the store before the owners show up, she then goes in the back to make the burger my girlfriend ordered. after 10 minutes of waiting, she finally gave us the burger. Worker #2 never washed her hands after touching the register and then making our blizzards. Would not recommend.

The bathrooms were gross. When an employee offered to clean them the woman who seemed to be in charge told him "just change the garbage." He then said, "the sink is black.". her crabby and nearly yelling response was "Then just clean it!" She continued to speak rudely and very demeaning to both teenage male employees while many customers stood uncomfortably waiting for our orders. when a customer spoke up about this woman's treatment of these teenagers, she replied loudly, "If you had to work with them, you'd be the same.". We actually left early because of how uncomfortable the environment was.

Haven't been to Dairy Queen in awhile. Stopped at Amery location. Young girl served us at the counter, as well as 2 other couples. Proceeded to make our food without washing her hands after taking our monies. Ice cream is always good. Location, well in all honesty could use a good cleaning. I know it's difficult for many fast food retailers to be staffed. So I chalked up the lack of cleanliness to lack of staff. Hoping that improves before summer season begins for them
