I had a great first experience seeing Dr. Pellatt. I was having back pain and he was able to get me in to assess the area in a timely manner. He is professional, knowledgeable and very kind. The office is clean and organized. I look forward to going back for routine care and referring my friends and family.

DOT Appointment Policy: ChiroElite, LLC does understand that there are uncontrollable circumstances that occur at the last minute. However, to avoid a 50% fee, we do require a minimum of 24 hours notice if it is necessary to cancel your DOT appointment for any non-emergency reason. If you miss an appointment without any notification to ChiroElite, your credit card will automatically be charged for 100% of the service originally scheduled.
