Ex-employee here. Place seems to be fun and friendly from a customer's perspective, but behind the scenes is not so good. Employees aren't sanitary, management are untrustworthy, and employees are not treated well.
Management have hassled multiple employees over taking time off for medical issues, forced employees to pay for drive-offs (drive-offs are not the employees' fault), and simply do not care about what their employees think. The turnover rate for this place is far higher than any business I've ever worked at, and there are many reasons for why that is. Management simply do not care to address any actual issues, and it seems management will remain that way.
