What I ordered and what was received were two completely different arrangements. When I called to inquire about the arrangement and why specific flowers were missing, I was told that it was my fault for not putting “no substitutions†in the notes and that it is common for substituting other flowers when what was ordered is not available without notifying the buyer.
The owner was not only rude, she was also extremely confrontational and took no responsibility for not delivering what was ordered, stating over and over that it was my fault for not adding notes to the order. She also did not apologize.
I ordered from this shop due to wanting to support small businesses as I know many are struggling. Unfortunately, I was slapped in the face (just an expression) letting me know my order was not appreciated. I should have gone to Walmart and purchased what I wanted there. I certainly will not be a returning customer.
