        Friendly people. ATM is far from user friendly. Easier to park and walk up to it. No go if you're handicapped because the ATM takes a ten foot arm to reach the keypad. Would be nice if they would update it.

        I got a card at 16, I turned 18 and asked for my mom not to be in my debit card they sent me a new one 3 separate times and it still had my moms name on it, the atms arent linked so dont listen to your balance, They assume your buying drugs if u withdrawal more then 300, terrible customer service, they act like your money is theres.... would not recommend switching my bank to Nicollet
