Turned me away because I had bought my own OEM parts and said that they dont install other people's parts. As an automotive technician myself for over 15 years I understand that he doesn't want to be responsible for a cheap part they he may have to warranty. That being said these were OEM spark plugs from the dealer with receipt. Then he did not give me any option for me to buy the parts through them or set me up any scheduling. Very rude and unprofessional.. good luck making your extra money on your marked up parts because that what we all know the reason is that you want to provide the parts for.

Great experience! I took my car to this shop while on the road trip. They took an excellent care of me. Lee is a great guy! Very nice and friendly, explained everything very well. They took my car in on a very short notice although the place was obviously busy, I saw people coming in and out all the time. Definitely recommend.

They do very good work, Lee is a very smart and personable guy. If you live in algoma he's the shop to go to. Never done me wrong by any means

These folks fixt the new-to-me van in a day. I thought it would cost thousands (2007 Chysler Town and Country w/177K miles) ... it was shaking all over! But Lee discovered the probem,, repaired and replaced what was necessary (coils? Plug wires?) tuned it up, changed the oil, all in a day plus I didn't need to take a loan out to pay for it! I am so glad I found AUTO TECH and Lee.
