        Computer was not working in checkin so it took quite awhile to be checked in and the wait time after being put in a room was over 30 min. I have no idea why there was such a long wait. My husband actually went out in hall to see if they had forgotten about us.

        They were busy. But, only waited about 30 minutes in waiting room. Called back for vitals then into xray and saw Dr. All in about 15 minutes. Thorough explanation about what happens next and we were always treated with respect from registration to nurse to Dr.

        The personnel were very professional and friendly. My diagnosis was quick and thorough. I just started the antibiotics so I can not report on the results. Thanks for all you do.

        I had a big problem with Medical people who had made mistakes after a surgery, had pain and was a mess. Med Ex people did what was correct, prescribed me what I needed. I didnt have to wait through the weekend for releif. I am so happy I have them!!!
