He was the worst landlord Ive ever had. The first day we moved in the toilet didnt work and he told us to find somewhere else to use the bathroom until next week. He would harass my room mates and I since we were young. He tried to sue us for 3x the rent because we was on quarantine from covid and had to pay the rent a week late. He never got anything fixed in the apartment. He put wall paint in our bathtub so there was paint on your feet every time you got out of the shower. Definitely dont recommend.

They were very nice, very respectful people. Just not happy with the fact that it takes forever to get someone out to fix problems with property when something goes wrong.

They never called or texted or even emailed me back after several attempts of contacting them. In my opinion, give your business to another realtor who honors you. I had cash too! Their loss.
