        They are awful. Lose mail. Give mail to the wrong people. And then they dont fix the issue. My neighbors get my mail constantly. Also one of the female carriers is rude. Its a total mess. Just look at the other negative reviews.

        My mail always comes late and your mail man passes up my house every day but stops at every other house on my street just to come back an hour or 2 later and drop my mail off

        I have had many bad experiences here and I’ve only been in the area under a year. Theyve lost multiple important packages and my mail has not been delivered in over 3 weeks. I’ve been down there 4 times over this period and can’t get any answers.

        This location of the USPS is very nice, and clean. I bought a PO box here last year, and I've had a very good experience so far. The clerk is really sweet and amazing! I would recommend this location any day.

        This office downtown is great, nice workers, no long lines and convenient. Its just a shame the the carriers in wheeling are completely clueless and I often go days without getting my mail. As of recently all my packages get delayed for days due to not being able to get in my building or they just dont have my packages.
