The employees here were all pretty awesome. My only complaint would be that we sadly could not afford more than the free picture being offered. I absolutely wish we could've because their work is phenomenal! I would 10/10 recommend visiting them in the Elm Grove Terrace at least one time.

The experience itself was wonderful but honestly the cost of it all is absolutely absurd. There are no options under $2000. They use click bait on social media and tell you that you won a free experience and free print but once the experience is over they use some what pushy sales tactics to try to get you to spend THOUSANDS of dollars on photos, don't get me wrong they were willing to work with me on the cost but my "cost" started at $6000!!!!!! Who on earth has 6k to drop on photos. I got them down to 4k and all I was getting was approx 10 digital prints, a large wall photo and a story book with the pictures. It's so insane that they are charging so much for photos!!

The studio is so pretty and welcoming. The staff is kind and patient and SO personable. Shared some emotional stories and a hug while choosing just what to purchase. The experience was wonderful especially since we were weekly winners and not outright spending the same money as other clients. They captured the sweetest moments of my 6 month old and were so gentle with him throughout the session, he wanted to eat all the props! Know that you are making an investment when you go and don't regret spending some unexpected dollars for these works of art. I cannot wait to see the final products! There really was no pressure to go outside of what was included in our prize but there were so many endearing moments captured, we couldn't leave without a custom story book and upgraded wall canvas. When you purchase a larger canvas you get a certificate for a renewal of the same size to be used 3 years down the road. I can't wait to see how our son (and possibly entire family) has grown by then. Truly a magical place.
