I love the food, the thing I dont like is the customer service, I have my boyfriend pick my food up for me and he now has to call me because there have been multiple times where the toppings werent even on the sandwich at all or I didnt get the side of chips and even a time where they didnt put his food in the bag and he had to drive all the way back, and more and more, He always FaceTimes me now just to check and this is what they gave me for my $14 sandwich, I obviously was upset about the amount of toppings and the quality, I had him go back in to ask for extra toppings in which he did nicely, Im pretty sure they are used to him having to come back in to ask for the things they forgot to put on etc so they are annoyed by their own mistake, it does depend on who is working, but the girl who was working tonight who had red/blonde hair, I dont appreciate the attitude you have my boyfriend, there was no needs to talk about him and shake your head and cuss about him to your co workers, I love getting food from this place but Im tired of my boyfriend feeling uncomfortable because of the negligence and having to ask them to fix it constantly. Please do better, again the food is great and theres not a lot like this place which I love but please learn to smile and have better customer service and take the time to check the food before giving it out.

Never again! We sent a calzone back 3 times, ice cold in the center. Terrible meatball hoagie. Very disappointed.

Dont get me wrong the food IS good. But 80% of the time things are missing and its just an overall hassle to either have to go back or go without. I do get food there frequently but sucks Ill have that expectation of them
