Im a patient at this office for over 3 years. I have been pleasantly surprised at how kind this office is to their patients. Theyve accommodated me because I am handicapped and they listen well to my health concerns. I get my medication in a timely fashion. I recommend you give them priority for all your mental health needs.

If you try to call because you need something, a majority of the time no one answers and you have to leave a message and hope that they get the message and can call you back. Ive had an issue after every appointment where I have needed to ask a question that may have needed just a simple answer. I have had to go 2-3 days without meds, so I have more stress, and anxiety than I did before I came here, not because of the Dr trying to help me, but because of not having someone to answer the phone for each separate office. Its just chaos and then sometimes the messages get lost. Not being able to talk to someone in the office you are being seen at is an inconvenience. Ive never had this issue at any other office before.

This is the second appointment I have had with Cristyn. Just as she did with my first visit she paid attention to what I was saying. Listening which was my biggest fear because the doctors and often nurse practitioners in the Wheeling area do not listen and they make you feel less than. She did not do this and I can't tell you how much I appreciate it! And highly recommend this facility! Very caring and professional. I feel in excellent hands and very blessed to have found her.Levi extremely nice and helpful as the other staff that I had interaction with.Keep up the great work and high standards. Deborah M

Had been seeing a Pa who had left the practice. I was told they would get in touch with an office closer to where I live since I had just moved. I found out today that I need to call the new office. Im just about out of meds and now by the time I get in Ill be out completely. Thank you for absolutely nothing. If I had the option I wouldnt leave a star at all. Edit: they called me today to schedule an appointment. When I told them my availability they continued to offer appointments that I could not make it to and did not seem interested in scheduling me a bit further out than two weeks from 5/4. I work 40 hours in retail so I dont have set hours but I set aside the same day every week for appointments. They had also claimed that my old PA did not leave me with any extra refills when I had been told she would. Luckily I called my pharmacy to find out that I do in fact still have refills.
