I was looking for a company to optimize my website and after interviewing several companies chose Direct Online Marketing.  WHAT A MISTAKE!!!They charged me $8,000 the 1st month and $6,000 for 3 more months.  We had these weekly elaborate Zoom meetings with their incompetent staff and when I discovered on my own why the site was not responding to whatever they were doing the owner told me that "we can't do that.  "It would take too much time and we would not make any money"  Can you believe that!  I was in a total state of shock!  They basically took $26,000 of my money and wrote 6 blog articles for my site instead of fixing what was really wrong.  Please, if you want SEO services you had better stay away from DOM!!!

As the head of the company, Justin is incredibly accessible. I just picked up the phone a few minutes ago and was able to talk to him with no problem. And as our primary point of contact, Steve is outstanding. He's got a strategic mind for marketing, and he's very organized. Direct Online Marketing succeeded where others had failed in getting my product listed on Google Shopping. Unlike a lot of web development and E-commerce companies, they provided almost daily updates throughout the submission process and everyone I spoke with concerning the project was very knowledgeable & enthusiastic. I couldn't ask for a better experience and will use them again.
