    This was my first Telehealth Appointment so I'll tell more after some experience. So far they were ready to listen and help and seemed to want me to understand everything that was going on as well as what was important. I had done my homework before hand. So I understood most of it well ahead of time. I like their friendliness and patience. Update: Unfortunately I have to say I'm not happy with my hearing aids and don't get nearly the use out of them that I should be able to. I explained to everyone at every stage that I need to be able to hear important phone calls and use the media on my phone a lot so I needed hearing aids that would work with my phone directly, but when I got them they didn't work with my phone even though I have everything set up properly on my phone for it. When I called I was told I would have to order and pay for additional equipment to allow my hearing aids to connect to my phone. Seriously?! I should have been provided with a pair that would connect directly to my phone without the need for extra devices to have to carry around from the start. I still appreciate how nice they were, but this is massively disappointing.
