We sat in drive thru at the speaker for about 10 mins before they took our order. Only 2 cars ahead of us, not many inside. Then they forgot items that we ordered. Finally when my husband did get his missed item ketchup and pickles and top bun were sideways off the patty.

First time in a long time going through the drive through that our food was handed out to us while it was still nice and hot. The employees were extremely nice as well.
