I can't praise this company enough!! Last year, I ordered the 5-year, 1 month per page calendar. I've been buying my calendars from Taylormade for many years, but I always ordered the 3-year calendar. Last year, for the first time, I decided to buy the 5-year calendar. Unlike in prior years, when I received it, it wasn't put together; it was a pack of separate pages. I called and told them, and they said that they thought these pages were a "refill", but they would send me the plastic binder that's used for the 19-hole calendar. I received it promptly, but when I tried to use it to put the calendar together, the diameter was too small for all the pages for 5 years. I guess I should have called again, but I figured that since that binder was the same size as the one for the 3-year calendar, that must be the standard size. I put the pages for 2025 and 2026 in a folder in a drawer, used the plastic binder on the pages for 2022, used a 3-hole punch on the pages for 2023 - 2024, and put them in a 3-ring binder, which is what I've been using this year.
Last week, Taylormade contacted me because they were updating their records and were trying to determine whether I would need a new calendar. I guess it was because I had been ordering multi-year calendars for so many years. Needless to say, I was quite impressed that they were keeping track of their customers' needs in this manner. I assured the lovely woman who called that I was set until December 2026, but I wasn't very happy about the situation with the binder, and I explained why. She said she was sorry that I had that problem and that I should have called about it. I said that it hadn't occurred to me and explained what I had done with the pages. We chatted for a few minutes and ended the call.
I don't remember whether it was later that day or the next day, but the same woman called me to apologize for the situation with my 5-year calendar. She said that Taylormade was going to send me a new 5-year calendar that would run from 2024 - 2028, all assembled, completely free of charge! I have never encountered such concern or service for a customer from any company I've ever dealt with. The new 5-yeat calendar for the years 2024 - 2028 arrived today. The binder definitely has a larger diameter, but the pages are also a thinner stock, so the whole thing works beautifully.
Thank you Taylormade Printing!! You went way over and above excellent customer service without even being asked!

Taylor Made Printing does Excellent printing,. They make all kind of different items. Posters, calenders. banners, books for different organizations. For different businesses, they do names and addresses on cards, and on the envelopes. Business cards.
I have had them do many things, even down to putting family pictures on posters, for our reunion.
You want anything done, they can do it.
My praise goes out to the staff at TMP.
