        Michael is always nice. The staff is nice. Not normally a wait. Calling isn't convenient. the hours on the website and google all say 9-5 but I attempted 4 calls around 430pm and all went to the offline/closed recording. Only a few seconds into me leaving a message the call hangs up. It shouldn't be going to the offline/closed voicemail unless the office is closed. And of it is closed at 430 on a wednesday, please update your hours. Not easy to make a payment. No online option. Have to call and leave a message and wait the next day for call back, just to make a payment.
