BEWARE!!!! Terrible Experience. Summer 2023. Denny (business owner)Crashed into my house with a machine, tore off the siding, and then refused to pay for the siding material to fix the damage. Absolutely horrible communication. Awful ownership and customer service. (Denny is a crook owner and operator of Color-Crete.) Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Take your hard, earned money and hire a professional, not this joker. Apparently Dennys idea of a light hit to my home with his skid steer and my definition of light are different. When he crashed into my house it shook the whole house and scared my wife and children inside. He also did not knock on the door. My wife waited several minutes before she came outside and found Denny staring at the house. The hit to our house was so severe it cracked the drywall inside nearest to the spot he hit. I knew better than to show these damages to Denny due to him not paying for his exterior damage and at this point after all his lies and poor morals of customer service I did not want him inside my familys home. On 6-2016 had work done on concrete porch over top my garage. Patch it repair coat to fill in low spots, install magic trowel system, and install acrylic sealer to cover the cracks in the porch. In less than a year the cracks showed up in their work. So I called and they came out and Stamped the concrete porch for free to cover any cracks that were showing. Well 6 years later the Stamped Slab is lifting off the porch. I thought it would last longer but I guess you get what you pay for. Owner said it was out of warranty and that moisture from my garage caused it to lift. I just think that it should have lasted longer than 6 years, but theyre the Concrete Experts. Very disappointed in the quality of work. I have poured alot of concrete myself so I am very familiar with what needs done. I retained their services because I had never done stamping or coloring and I had a 16x24 patio and associated sidewalk that I wanted colored and stamped. Unfortunately they did not screed the concrete properly when it was poured so a large puddle, over 5 foot by 3 foot and 1 inch deep resulted. Furthermore, all concrete was to be at least 3.5 inches thick and the sidewalk is less than 2 in some spots. I brought this up to the owner, he basically ignored me until I confronted him at the store and put him on a timeline to figure something out. I feel it needs repoured or a hole cut in it with a drain that is piped into the downspout drain about 10 feet away. His solution is cut twice the number of relief cuts in the slab and let the water drain down the cut. Or, drill a hole and let the water drain under the pad without connecting it to the downspout drain. Neither solution is acceptable to me so I am not left with any option except legal action. I would not recommend them unless you just don't care what the finished product looks like. Service: Concrete sidewalk building

Denny & Joan at Color-Crete provided my husband & I EXCEPTIONAL customer service & an EXCELLENT finished project! When another local concrete company (from Ohio) charged us 10's of thousands of $$'s for a terrible product & refused to help us find a remedy for the problem, Denny was willing to help!  Most companies don't want to deal with another's mess, but Color-Crete cares about the customer. And it was repaired at a good price!Denny researched for months & found a fix for our newly poured overly-exposed aggregate patio (that was awful on your feet surrounding our pool).  Denny SAVED our patio!  He fixed the ugly color problems, filled in the over-exposed aggregate & sealed the concrete. It looks beautiful now! We cannot THANK Color-Crete enough. They go above & beyond.
