        I have been a Verizon customer for over 15 years. I went into the Verizon store across the street and was refused help with placing a previously bought Verizon protective screen on my phone. The owner for this Cricket location over exceeded my expectations. He did not try to sell me on anything. He willingly took my screen protector that I bought from Verizon and he assisted with all my needs. I realized that Verizon sent me the wrong size and because he was so great, I bought the correct size from him and ordered another accessory for my phone. He offers excellent service and would definitely do business with that store again and refer clients.
