For your staff to make common practice of calling people back at random at 7am, 3 days after theyve left their information, when you arent even listed as open is just tasteless and completely void of common decency / courtesy. 7am for a random callback. Not an appointment, just randomly calling waking the whole house up at 7am because you just made it back into the office is beyond bad bedside manner.
